Retailers who have undertaken the IntelliQ Data Challenge have been astounded by the inconsistencies which have been highlighted in their own EPOS data. Some examples of this include a fast food chain making over £100,000 of inappropriate refunds, a hardware chain failing to recover over £1.7m of trade discounts on refunds and a mobile phone retailer where the same phones were “traded in” time and time again and multiple refunds were issued to the same credit card.

The process of undertaking the IntelliQ Data Challenge really couldn’t be any simpler. We issue you with a signed Non Disclosure Agreement in order to alleviate any concerns you have about disclosing sensitive data. We then ask you to provide us with 3 months of EPOS data which we will then transform and analyse over the next two/three weeks. The “issues” we identify are then presented in an executive workshop in which we demonstrate how our software can be deployed to detect and prevent such “issues” from occurring in the future.
