Malcolm A. Peden - Chief Executive Officer

Malcolm joined IntelliQ in September 2007. He has a strong background in the Information Technology sector having filled senior management positions in Misys Plc, Interleaf Inc and International Data Group Inc. Most recently Malcolm served for 5 years as CEO of FormScape Group Limited before leading the successful sale of FormScape to Bottomline Technologies Inc in late 2006.

Phil Payne - Director of Operations

Phil has more than 20 years experience within the Loss Prevention/Profit Protection sector. He joined IntelliQ as Director of Professional Services in March 2007. Prior to this appointment, Phil held the position of National Loss Prevention Manager at Lloydspharmacy, where he introduced a successful three year loss prevention strategy into the business. He has worked for several other retailers where he was head of security teams in operations or logistics. Previous employers include B&Q, Superdrug, Bookers, Tandy and the Carphone Warehouse.

Anuraag Jain - Chief Technology Officer

Anuraag has more than 14 years of IT experience in different positions. He was the first IT person to join Betfair and designed their betting engine and database. More recently he was the CTO of The Hut Group, behind the thehut.com, zavvi.com, ASDA Entertainment, Argos Entertainment. The Hut Group was No. 1 in Sunday Times 'Fast Track Tech 100' companies in 2009. Previous employers include Betfair, SISL, TCS, Pinnacle Sports.
